As much as one year of customer and software support is included in the initial software license.
Thereafter, customers are encouraged to subscribe to the Customer Support Program assuring them of up-to-date software and on-going technical support.
Annual customer and software support fees are based on a percentage of the initial license fee.
Subscribers to the Support Program receive:
- priority technical support
- unlimited telephone, fax and e-mail assistance
- all system updates
- regular enhancements
- generous discounts on system upgrades
Support subscribers may also contract with CFC for the development of customized software. All customized software is maintained for each customer in the CFC library for the duration of active software support agreements.
